The Development Structure we use most commonly use is a 50/50 cost plus model. Investors are established as the priority member and Coastline Development Group acts as the Managing member. What we target to market is, new construction build outs and remodeling investment properties on the Florida panhandle. By keeping close tabs on the market and having extensive personal and professional relationships in the community, Coastline Development Group is able to locate and acquire most properties before they go on the market.
Coastline Development Group manages all aspects and operations of the development process including site selection, acquisition, partnership formation, design, planning, entitlements, construction management, marketing and sales. Return on capital and profits are distributed throught the project based on project sales and payoff of project debt.
